Beautiful Starr is a timid young German shepherd who warms gradually to new people.
As one volunteer who walked her said, "Once she relaxed, she let me know that she loves ear gentle scratches and is a snuggle bear. Very delicate and gentle. She is an amazing girl."
Starr has had mixed reactions to other dogs (no surprise with any pup). However, at this time we think she needs an adopter who has no other pets.
