Gabby is a pretty brindled lady brand new to FAAS. Though not yet tested with other animals, she was calm and accepting of all passersby on her inaugural walks around the shelter and didn't pull or hurry.
At eight, this sweet girl is more interested in a relaxed meander than frantically checking pee-mail or getting into shouting matches with other dogs.
She is easy to harness, walk and direct; friendly with everyone she met; and would probably be a great fit for any family looking for a no-drama senior dog.
Come meet her any afternoon but Mondays at Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter in Alameda, California.
