At 50 lbs, she’s a beautifully balanced mix of playful energy and couch-snuggling charm. Once she trusts you, Millie transforms into the world’s biggest lapdog, offering kisses, leaning in for affection, and staying close to her people.

Millie thrives in calm, patient environments. She can be shy—especially around men—and is easily spooked by loud noises like fireworks or construction, but her trusted thunder coat helps her settle beautifully. With consistency, reassurance, and positive reinforcement, her confidence continues to grow. Millie knows sit, stay, and usually responds to “leave it,” and she genuinely loves to please.

She enjoys her stuffed toys, evening zoomies, and the joy of running between people during play. Millie is fully house-trained, crate-trained, and accustomed to having yard access through a dog door. She loves her walks, though she may pull when startled; a calm “sit” or even a request for a kiss helps her refocus.

Millie would do well in an adult household and may do well with children once she’s had time to warm up, as quick movements can be overwhelming at first. She could also thrive with a confident, larger male dog companion. With smaller or more submissive dogs, she may try to take charge, so matching matters. She is not suited for homes with cats.
